USER INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for participating in this CME activity. To begin the course, please click on the first presentation title in the green navigation bar. Another window will open, and the presentation will start automatically (after you choose a connection speed). Play, pause, start, and end control buttons are located in the bottom right corner of the presentation for your convenience. You can also view slides one at a time by clicking on the slide thumbnails located below the control buttons. Screen saver software may affect the functionality and performance of the presentation. If you have such software, we advise you to temporarily disable it while taking this course.

When a presentation ends, the next automatically begins (after you again choose a connection speed). Alternatively, you can close a presentation window and choose from the green navigation bar or leave open a window and choose from the drop-down presentation list at the top.

Once you have viewed all the presentations, click the course test button (last slide in Q&A/Concluding Remarks) to make the test page appear.

After you pass the test, a login/registration box will appear at the top of the page. After you log in (returning eMedicine users) or register (new eMedicine users), you must complete a short course survey/evaluation to obtain your CME certificate. You may immediately view and print your certificate, and a copy will also be emailed to the address you provided upon registration.
